Directions
Folklore Village is located in rural southwest Wisconsin, 35 minutes west of Madison and six miles east of Dodgeville. Take Highway 18/151 then turn south onto County Highway BB. Folklore Village is one half-mile south of the intersection. The Farwell Hall entrance is on the west side of BB. The address is 3210 County BB, Dodgeville, Wisconsin 53533.
If a flight arrival in Chicago is convenient, note that there is regional bus service between Chicago, Illinois and Madison, Wisconsin.
Carpooling
This space is offered to post rides offered and rides wanted to the HFAA Annual Meeting. These can be long distance or short (Madison airport to Folklore Village, for example). To have your offer/request posted, simply e-mail us, telling us where and when the ride is offered/requested. We will post these on the site, with e-mail addresses spelled out. Note that you will have to put in the proper '@' sign where we have simply written "(at)" (We did this to limit the spam coming to you from this site.) If you see something that works for you, please contact that person directly. Let us know when your space/need is filled.
